NTS Series Conveyor The Nordson® NTS series conveyor is a versatile mesh belt type conveyor that can be used as either a bench top unit or a standalone curing module. The complete line of Nordson CoolWave® lampheads can be fitted to operate with the conveyors.
The NTS series conveyors come in 6-in., 12-in., and 20-in. standard widths but custom configurations are available upon request. Conveyor speeds can range from 0 to 150 FPM and are accurately controlled with a closed loop feed back system that displays in feet per minute or meters per minute. This feature ensures repeatability of cure part after part.
The NTS conveyor has an integrated two-speed vacuum hold down and exhaust blower that is ported at the rear of the unit. Safety features include belt break detection as well as ventilation interlock. The system operates at various voltages to meet your needs.

- Flexible mounting bucket allows for height adjustment from 2 to 5 inches above the belt and 90 degree system rotation.
