CoolWave® 2 610 UV Curing System One of the most advanced and reliable microwave-powered UV system available on the market today. Featuring a fully variable power supply, the MPS2-610V controller is feature packed. UV power output is adjustable from 40% to 100% of full power in 1% steps. A single interconnect cable interfaces the lamp head directly to the controller, reducing installation time and spare parts inventory. This patented, highly flexible cable also features a unique indicator to ensure that installation has been performed correctly.
The power supplies patented cooling pressure digital readout is incorporated into the system, allowing easy monitoring of the actual lamp head internal cooling air pressure. A remote customer interface provides two methods on connection, a simple, hard-wired connection with I/O terminal strip or an optional PLC interface (DeviceNet).
