Rick Varagnat, President

Rick attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. For more than a decade Rick has specialized in fast tracking and streamlining manufacturing processes through the use of Ultraviolet curing technologies. His intimate knowledge of Medical Device bonding applications, Surface Treatment technologies, Printing, Automation, Photonics alignment/bonding and Electronics assembly make Rick an invaluable resource to every manufacturer. Rick shares his vast knowledge of manufacturing applications with the customer to quickly guide you to the ideal technologies and processes.

Gregg Hallam, VP Sales/Engineering
Gregg obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and has developed and manufactured Medical Devices for numerous cutting edge manufacturers. Gregg's experience as an R&D engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and Transition Engineer of Catheters, Optical Instruments, and Optical-Electronic Diagnostic devices ensures that your engineers' requirements, concerns and hurdles are fully understood and planned for.
